We live on a noisy and busy rural hiway. I wish to replace our aging 6′ cedar fence with a concrete fence to create a noise barrier. Can they be 8′ tall? I will need a lesson if my desire to do this comes to light. And of course I will need the molds that you distribute for this project. 2 50′ runs, a drive entrance between. I would only have a budget for one set as I’m poor and my partner drinks his budget, but will need all pcs .
