It is extremely tricky for us to locate an order on our warehouse floor after it has already been processed. Once orders are processed, they are packed into a very large bin, awaiting courier collection. We are talking hundreds of parcels at times! Once your order has gone through our system, it is extremely difficult for us to locate the parcel on our warehouse floor and manually change the address details. We kindly ask that you fully check your address details are correct before proceeding to checkout. For DHL Standard Shipping there is nothing further we can do. For Fedex Express Shipping, if you still require a change of address, you must sign up with FedEx Delivery Manager, and request a change of address on delivery at a cost of $5.55 per package. Other shipping ways if the product shipped already, address change impossible.
